Using the TZO Camera Phone Service

The TZO Camera Phone service allows your TZO Photo Server to automatically add images (JPG files) to your Album/Website without intervention. When you enable this feature, the TZO client will check the TZO Camera Phone Server for new images that have been sent to your Photo Mail address. This feature is great for anyone that wants to add photos to their website without intervention.  Simply enable the feature as shown in the screenshot below, and send an email to the email address shown in your TZO Client on this screen.  This feature works with all camera phones and services (Email picture), and with any popular email client that can attach a JPG photo.

Your Photo Mail email address is used only for Photos, and you cannot get a regular type of email through this address.  In the example below, our email address is MYNAME@Photosharing.com.

Once you enable the service in your client, write down your email address shown in your TZO software.  You can give this email address to give to family and friends, and they can attach JPG/Photos to their emails to your Photo Mail address.  Within 5 minutes, they appear in your album automatically!  See the screenshot below which shows the PHONE MAIL button selected.  Please note that this PHONE MAIL option only appears if you have the TZO Web Server enabled in PHOTO MODE.

You can also enable the CENSOR IMAGES BEFORE USING option.  This will "hold" the images in a temporary folder before adding them to your album.  Using this feature protects your online album from questionable and unwanted images.  When you have the HOLD option on for censoring images, the MANAGE button will be available (The screenshot above shows no images, so the button is unavailable)

See below for an example of the Manage dialog box:

The above screenshot shows the Name of the Picture (This is named by TZO in a Time/Date format), Who the picture is From, The Caption (Subject of Email is inserted here), and the folder where it is stored.  You can add or edit the CAPTION area, and select MOVE IMAGE to move the image to your album.  If you wish to delete the image, select the DELETE IMAGE button and the image will be moved to your Recycle Bin for deletion.  You can also Flip, or Rotate each image as you would like it to appear in your album.  Click close to apply these settings.

Please see the TZO PHONE MAIL section for more details on the features.
