There are often times when the problem reported from
our customers is directly related to their servers,
configuration, Internet connection, or other issue
outside the scope of normal TZO Support, but we can
still help you! Our Consulting staff is familiar with
many of the popular DVR brands. Sometimes your DVR
installer, security company or DVR manufacturer may
not be able to help you - We can!
If you have a general networking issue, router or IP
issue with your DVR, you can request the assistance
of the TZO DVR Consulting services. TZO DVR
consulting representatives have extensive experience
in DVR networking, DNS, router, and IP Security
Systems. We can get you up and running fast. Our
consulting services are reasonably priced at a rate
of $40 for each 15 minute block of time. We can help
you solve your DVR Remote viewing problem, and if
not, you pay nothing! |
