	Getting started as an affiliate

	To get started as an affiliate you need only to create a link, using the information we give you, from your site to our TZO site. It's that easy.

•	Making the link - There are two ways you can link to our TZO web site. First you can use a text link. This might be appropriate if you're writing about dynamic DNS or about TZO, or if you want to say more than a simple graphic image can convey. If you choose a text link we'd like you to use the words "dynamic dns," or "dynamic ip," or preferably both. An example of a text link might be:

	"If you have a dynamic ip address and want to host a web site, use the TZO dynamic DNS service."

•	Banners and buttons

	The other way to link to our site is by linking with a banner or a button. Click here to see the banner and buttons. You can copy them by right-clicking on the image, then COPY and PASTE the image into your web site folder where you keep the images for your site.

•	Making the hyperlink

	When you create the hyperlink from your text or graphic to the TZO site here is what you should use.

	http://www.tzo.com/cgi-bin/afref.pl?affiliate=YOURDOMAIN

	Where it says YOURDOMAIN in the link you obviously enter your own domain name. For example, if your domain name is WXYZ.COM then you'd create the link

	http://www.tzo.com/cgi-bin/afref.pl?affiliate=WXYZ.COM

	When someone comes to our TZO site we'll recognize that the visitor at one time linked to our TZO through your web site. That's how we'll know to credit your affiliate account for any purchases that visitor makes.
